HABITS!!!
HABITS! Everyone loves to talk about them but no one does anything about them. Habits are such a broad topic. Today I want to talk about how forming great habits can save two of your most important assets, and two things habits can help you build. Everyone knows that good habits are a foundation of any ultra successful person. They will all speak on the mundane habits they form in their early years. Habits will save you both time and money. Time and money are your two most powerful assets when trying to build a business or just live life in general. Most, if not all millionaires will tell you that time is their most prized possession. Forming daily habits programs you to become more efficient and therefore saves you time.
How many times have you heard time is money! I once heard if you want to change the world start with making your bed. This came from a navy seal. I laughed when I first heard it, but as he continued to speak it started to make sense. Making your bed is so simple to do but yet when you start your day making your bed your mind tells yourself you can and will be productive. You build a sense of pride and accomplishment. This little step starts the train and once a train builds momentum it can’t be stopped. Is your confidence low? If so spend the next week making your bed every morning or doing 20-push ups. Make one of these things a habit, and as you do it day in and day out you will recognize how your confidence begins to build on it self day after day.
The trick about habits is, they are usually very simple things to do. They are also very simple things not to do. This is the gap between where you are and where you want to be. This is the gap between average and great. Those that want to be great do the simples things everyday. When you compound that small gab over 5 or 10 years man is there a huge difference. Habits start in the little things. As I have heard my whole life, Do the little things right! Pick a habit you know you need to pick up or start and commit to 30 days. You will be amazed at the difference in your life!
Peace and Blessings,
