Lets Take Action


You might have read the title and thought oh he is going to talk about about how to take action and you should do it everyday. You would only be partly right. Today is simple and the post is not long. In fact I want you to stop reading right now and right down 3-5 goals or things you want to accomplish in the next 30 days. Then I want you do write 2 daily actions per goal to achieve that goal. If you want something you must work toward it everyday. Seriously go write down 10 simple things you will do everyday.

Ex. Here are 5 of mine

1. Run at least a mile everyday!

2. Read a Chapter out of a book that will better me, not Harry Potter

3. Do 100 abs a day

4. Stretch for at least 10 min a day

5. Write a Blog everyday!

Come up with your own and then DO them. You will be amazing at how much more achievable your goal will be!
