7 Simple Habits


Today I was sitting in my room reading about the power of habits. So many people have talked on the power of habits so I am going to spare you the long talk and tell you this:

Habits shaped and determine the course of your life!

Instead of go on and on about habits I am going to give you 7 highly effective and positive habits that if you implement you will see your life start to change for the good.

1. Show up - showing up is more than half the battle. In my friends college class only 20% of the class shows up.

2. Show up consistently - it is not enough to show up at your job for a week, you need to show up day in and day out

3. Have a positive outlook - studies have shown that seeing the best in every situation will extend your life

4. Commit to the long haul - commit and stop changing what you are doing if it doesn't work after a week. Give it time, and commit for the long haul. It take 10,000 hours to master something. Put in the work!

5. Cultivate a burning desire backed by faith - desire is weak and is not enough but when it is back by belief that you will accomplish it, it changes the entire game.

6. Be willing to pay the price - enough said

7. Do what you committed to do even when know one is watching. Do it when you are tired. Commitment is not based off of feelings. It is a decision before feelings come into play!
