Throw a rock or even a pebble into a pond and you will see the ripples. Every time!

Still don’t believe me? Start to encourage one person a day and see how no only your life changes but how the people around you change.

You will not always see the ripples way after the fact of throwing the rock, but just know the simple things and complicated things you do it life have an effect long after you think.
